Pile-supported flooring is the best and most economical solution in cases where construction is undertaken on poor subbase, such as on marshland, brownfield construction etc.
Free spans up to 5m and more can be achieved without the need for additional steel reinforcement, thanks to our improved fibre-reinforced concrete. This concrete is very durable, making it ideal for use also in industrial buildings, which demand high load-bearing capacity.
A pile-supported floor constructed of our special SFRC concrete has enhanced resistance to shrinkage, eliminating the need for sawn joints. This enhances the room's hygiene and facilitates the cleaning of the floor, as there are no joints where dirt might accumulate.
Another advantage of pile-supported floors is the possibility of increased working productivity, as flat, stable floors facilitate the speed and precision of working equipment.
