Print shop floors

Printing equipment requires maximum floor accuracy and stability. Traditional saw cut floors may move at the joints due to curling forces. With joints placed every 6 metres, print shops are forced to place printing presses over several 6*6 slabs, which may move relative to each other, causing blurring in the final printed image. By contrast, our jointless floors such as PrimeComposite floors have no sawcut joints, and are thus completely stable in areas up to 3500 m2. For the print shop owner, this means less machine re-adjustment downtime and smoother production runs, which meanssavings.

For print shops we recommend jointless concrete floors (Prime Jointless or PrimeComposite).

Perfectly suited for print shops are floors with epoxy coatings, our special PrimeTop topping, or floors with chemically hardened concrete toppings.
